Prenatal yoga is a refuge from the everyday hustle. Yoga during pregnancy is perfect for those who long for quiet moments to enjoy the growing baby in their womb. You will get a unique connection to your body and the journey you go through. Prenatal yoga is not just for late in the pregnancy. You can participate from week 12 and until due date.

POSTNATAL
We focus on you, how your body is recovering, and your new role as a mother. We also bring our attention the baby. It’s important that all mothers and babies are welcome. There are no requirements of how you show up, but being supported because you do. You can expect to work up a sweat, laugh, unwind and have space to just be.

WORKSHOP
I love to teach birth preparation classes for couples, because it’s humbling to stand on the sideline and watch the love that occurs in a room full of expectant parents. During the two hours, you will be guided through theory and practice, reviewing the progress of birth, work with the breath and talk about the partner’s role during labour.

DOULA
What is a doula? A doula is a trained expert who follows the couple throughout the pregnancy. She is trained to support parents before, during and after the birth of their child. Doula comes from Greek and means “woman who serves.” A doula does not replace the midwife, father or other relatives may be present at birth.

Thank you for an absolutely fantastic course with pregnant yoga. It was the highlight of my week to come to you every Wednesday, and work with my body throughout my pregnancy. In the beginning, I had enormous need for movement without me having to worry whether it was healthy for my baby in my stomach and my pregnant body. Later, when the stomach was bigger, I got every time the feeling of having had more space. I could breathe more deeply, there was room for bodies and my whole body felt great. Finally, as I approached the forward got trained breathing and felt prepared to walk a birth in the conference. For your hours are quiet contemplation and intense concentration. I walked away with a feeling of kinship with the mind, body, my child and the other pregnant.
So my two little girls are just a little over a day old. They are absolutely brilliant, can you believe It! Wow, I was glad to have gone to Lamaze. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Love and jubii.
